1. Return Request Time

If you want to return a product, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.


2. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
This helps us verify the issue and assist you quickly.


3. Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, share an unboxing video showing what you received.
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once confirmed, we will refund the amount for the missing item(s).


4. Exchange for Wrong Product (Customer Mistake)

If you ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it, please note:

  • You will have to pay the shipping charges for both return and replacement.

5. Return Delivery Time

The returned product must reach us within 2 days after your return request is approved.
Returns received after 2 days will not be accepted.


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
